Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
1 lb ground beef
1 can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
1 cup Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 flour tortilla OR 8 corn tortillas (6 to 8") cut into 1" pieces (we prefer corn)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown beef, then drain and add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese.
Spoon in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Serves four.

Simple Tator-Tot Casserole
1 & 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 can cut green beans
1 can corn
2 cans of cream of chicken &/0r mushroom
1/2 cup water
Tator-tots to cover the top of the dish
Shredded cheddar cheese
Brown beef. Place into the bottom of a 13x9x2 casserole/baking dish.
Combine green beans, corn, cream soups and water in a medium bowl.
Pour the mixture over the beef.
Arrange Tator-tots to cover the mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until Tator-tots are lightly browned. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake for five more minutes for cheese to melt.
Let cook for five minutes before serving.

1 (15 oz) can chili without beans
4 oz taco sauce
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Mike all ingredients together except cheese and chips. In a 9 x 13 pan, layer half the chicken mixture, then half the chips and then half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Let set for five minutes before serving.
Have some extra chips on hand to eat with it!

Peanut Butter Corn Flake Shapes
Peanut Butter Chewies
Ingredients:
Light Karo Syrup
Sugar
Peanut Butter
Corn Flakes
In a pot, stir together
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
bring to a rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in
1 c. peanut butter
Pour over cornflakes and mix well.
Spread in pan, you can also cut with cookie cutters to make shapes.

Hamburger Pie
The recipe is for Hamburger Pie (we made it Cheeseburger Pie):
Prep time 30 min/Bake 20 minutes
Oven 375
2 c Mashed Potatoes (I used the premade ones by Country Crock)
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion (1 medium sized)
1 9-ounce frozen green beans
1/4 c water
1 14 1/2 oz. Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1/2 of a 6-oz can of tomato paste (1/3 c)
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t pepper
1) In large skillet cook ground beef & onion till meat is no longer pink & onion is tender. Drain fat.
2) Run cold water over frozen green beans to separate them, drain. Stir beans and water into beef mixture. Cook, covered, fro 5-10 minutes (until beans are tender). Stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
3) Drop mashed potatoes in mounds atop hot mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
SUPER SUPER yummy!

In a large saucepan:
4 medium potatoes – diced large
1 cup diced (large) carrots
½ cup onion (I use less)
Cook 15 minutes in 3 cup water
DUE NOT DRAIN
Add and cook 15 minutes longer;
1 pkg. Frozen broccoli
(may use a mixture of broccoli & cauliflower)
DO NOT DRAIN
Make a white sauce in medium pan:
1 stick butter
½ cup flour
1 qt. Milk (whole works best)
¼ tsp. Pepper
1-1 ½ lb. Velveeta
Blend until it thickens and add to vegetable mixture.
Heat and EAT!

4 large beefsteak tomatoes, slightly cored and halved cross-wiseolive oil
4 garlic cloves, thinly slicedcourse salt and ground pepperPreheat oven to 400*.

Reuben Dip
This is wonderful to serve guests or take to a party. Always a hit!
You Need:
1 Pumpernickel Round Loaf (in the bakery section at store)
2 pgs of Buddig Corned Beef
1 8oz of cream cheese
1 16 oz bag of Shredded swiss cheese
1 cup of Real May
Tear corned beef into bite size pieces, mix balance of ingredients - set aside
Take your loaf and cut a circle in the top. Remove contents, careful not to poke through the sides of the loaf. Tear contents into bite size pieces and put ipieces n ziploc to keep bread fresh.
Empty the mixture into the "bread bowl" and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The bowl hardens. Stir every 15 mntues.
If the bread bowl is large - double recipe.

1 Tblsspoon of parsley
2 Tblsspoon chopped Cashews
heat small skillet over medium heat -add butter / suate celery & onion
in mixing bowl 0 add cerlery, onion, cm cheese chives stir til smooth
add chicken, pepper, nuts, ginger & pineapple. Garmish with papirka
Serve on crackers or bread
Enjoy!

Potato Casserole
My mom makes this.. My kids LOVE, love, love it.. I made it today, super easy!
1 big bag Mr. Dells hash browns (or 10 cups)
1/4 c + 2 T Butter or Marg
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed corn flakes
12 oz sour cream
1/2 cup milk
pour 1/4 cup melted butter into 9x13 baking dish. Add 1/2 of frozen hashbrowns (5cups), mix soup, sour cream, milk & grn onion in seperate bowl. pour 1/2 mixture over hash browns. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese on top, Add remainder hash browns, then remainder of mixture, then cheese.. Cover with crushed corn flakes, drizzle melted butter on top. Bake 375, 55 min.

Taco Noodle Skillet
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup water
1 pkg dry taco seasoning mix
1 (11oz) can mexican corn (drained)
8 oz mexican style velveeta cheese (cut into 1 in cubes)
1/2 cup chuncky salsa
12 oz pkg reames frozen pre-cooked noodles.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions until meat is brown. Drain fat off the meat.
Stir water and taco seasoning into meat mixture, cover. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for one minute. Stir
Remove cover, add corn, cheese and salsa. Cook over med heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
Add noodles, stir to combine. Cover pan for 3 minutes.
Uncover, cook over medium heat until heated thoroughly.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Optional toppings, olives, tomato wedges, lettuce, sour cream.

3-4 green onions chopped

1 can eagle brand condensed milk
½ cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
2 cups miracle whip
½ tsp salt
1 tsp Celery seed
Cook pasta
When done drain and run under cold water to cool
When cool mix veggies
Mix in a bowl the milk, sugar, vinegar, miracle whip, salt & celery seed.
Pour over pasta and veggies
Chill atleast 6 hours.
**The above veggies and cheese are what I prefer in this salad…I’ve also had green pepper and celery which are also good.

2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 cups oatmeal
1 pkg chocolate chips
3/4 cups peanut butter
Mix Everything but chocolate chips and peanut butter. Put i3/4 of batter in 9x13 pan. Then melt choc. chips and peanut butter and pour over batter. Spoon rest of mixture on top.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Add Broth and Milk gradually, cook until think, stirring constantly.
Add Chicken, veggies and seasoning.
Heat Well
Spoon into one pie pastry, Top with second pastry.
Turn edges under, cut stream vents.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes until golden brown!!

so, Jennifer & I were talking last night at dinner, and we were talking about food & recipes.. she suggested a blog that we could all share our recipes... so, I had some "spare" time this morning and thought i'd go ahead and create it.. and I bet Jennifer was already on top of it.. ?? but here it is..
