3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion (1 medium sized)
1 9-ounce frozen green beans
1/4 c water
1 14 1/2 oz. Italian-style stewed tomatoes

1) In large skillet cook ground beef & onion till meat is no longer pink & onion is tender. Drain fat.
2) Run cold water over frozen green beans to separate them, drain. Stir beans and water into beef mixture. Cook, covered, fro 5-10 minutes (until beans are tender). Stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
3) Drop mashed potatoes in mounds atop hot mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

In a large saucepan:
4 medium potatoes – diced large
1 cup diced (large) carrots

Blend until it thickens and add to vegetable mixture.
