Campbell's Beef Taco Bake

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins

1 lb ground beef
1 can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
1 cup Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 flour tortilla OR 8 corn tortillas (6 to 8") cut into 1" pieces (we prefer corn)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef, then drain and add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese.
Spoon in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Serves four.

Simple Tator-Tot Casserole

1 & 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 can cut green beans
1 can corn
2 cans of cream of chicken &/0r mushroom
1/2 cup water
Tator-tots to cover the top of the dish
Shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef. Place into the bottom of a 13x9x2 casserole/baking dish.

Combine green beans, corn, cream soups and water in a medium bowl.
Pour the mixture over the beef.

Arrange Tator-tots to cover the mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until Tator-tots are lightly browned. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake for five more minutes for cheese to melt.

Let cook for five minutes before serving.

Sonora Chicken

3 cups cooked & diced chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
1 package tortilla chips (bite size work best)
1 (15 oz) can chili without beans
4 oz taco sauce
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Mike all ingredients together except cheese and chips. In a 9 x 13 pan, layer half the chicken mixture, then half the chips and then half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Let set for five minutes before serving.

Have some extra chips on hand to eat with it!

Peanut Butter Corn Flake Shapes

Peanut Butter Chewies

Ingredients:
Light Karo Syrup
Sugar
Peanut Butter
Corn Flakes

In a pot, stir together
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
bring to a rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in
1 c. peanut butter

Pour over cornflakes and mix well.

Spread in pan, you can also cut with cookie cutters to make shapes.

Spicy Noodles

Spicy Noodles
1 bag of noodles
1-2 can(s) of whole or diced tomatoes (make sure you buy the ones that have plenty of juice.)
1 jar of jalapeno pepper cheese wiz
**Will serve up to 6 people**
*Boil a 1/2 bag to 1 bag of noodles
Once noodles are soft and cooked through drain water Put noodles back into pan and add 1-2 cans of tomatoes Poor the tomato juice in with the noodles and then add the jalapeno pepper cheese wiz Stir and Serve
***This can be eaten by its self or with a main dish***

Hamburger Pie


The recipe is for Hamburger Pie (we made it Cheeseburger Pie):
Prep time 30 min/Bake 20 minutes

Oven 375

2 c Mashed Potatoes (I used the premade ones by Country Crock)
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion (1 medium sized)
1 9-ounce frozen green beans
1/4 c water
1 14 1/2 oz. Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1/2 of a 6-oz can of tomato paste (1/3 c)
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t pepper

1) In large skillet cook ground beef & onion till meat is no longer pink & onion is tender. Drain fat.
2) Run cold water over frozen green beans to separate them, drain. Stir beans and water into beef mixture. Cook, covered, fro 5-10 minutes (until beans are tender). Stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
3) Drop mashed potatoes in mounds atop hot mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

SUPER SUPER yummy!

Cheese Soup

CHEESE SOUP

In a large saucepan:
4 medium potatoes – diced large
1 cup diced (large) carrots
½ cup onion (I use less)
Cook 15 minutes in 3 cup water
DUE NOT DRAIN

Add and cook 15 minutes longer;
1 pkg. Frozen broccoli
(may use a mixture of broccoli & cauliflower)
DO NOT DRAIN

Make a white sauce in medium pan:
1 stick butter
½ cup flour
1 qt. Milk (whole works best)
¼ tsp. Pepper
1-1 ½ lb. Velveeta

Blend until it thickens and add to vegetable mixture.
Heat and EAT!
